This memorial may collect the information you choose to submit through the memory form, including your name, email address, relationship to Kenny, written memory, and an optional link to a photo or video. You may also email photographs to the memorial organizer for possible inclusion in the public gallery.

How submissions may be used

Submissions may be reviewed for accuracy, safety, and relevance. Approved memories may be edited lightly for spelling or length and published on KennyFlynn.com. Approved photographs may be published in the gallery after review. Your email address will not be displayed publicly with your contribution.

Contact and removal

The memorial organizer may use your email only to clarify your submission or discuss permission to publish related media. Gallery photos can be emailed to the memorial organizer. To correct or remove a submission, send a private request through the form below.

Third-party services

Memory submissions and private correction or removal requests are delivered through Web3Forms. The memorial is hosted on GitHub Pages. Those providers process only the information needed to operate the form and serve the site.
